Initiate Your Request
Log into your Lifely account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and submit a formal request.
Receive Authorization
Our customer care team will review your request within 48 hours and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with a shipping label.
Pack and Ship
Carefully disassemble the furniture and pack it into the original boxes to ensure safe transit, then drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Quality Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the item for damages, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
